From your reply, it appears you would argue that the following events in history, for example, are not analogous to the SEC and only apply to those particular agencies, if at all, and the SEC has never made any mistakes or acted prematurely except maybe once.
Rosa Parks Was Arrested for Civil Disobedience December 1, 1955
Kent State shootings May 4, 1970 (National Guard)
Rodney King beaten with batons and arrested March 3, 1991
