Not analogous to SEC. How many of the thousands of companies "suspended with questions" have been successful in subsequent litigation in a court of law? One, maybe? The case is solid before suspension is undertaken. Flagrant fraud gets the boot, and fraudsters rarely fight back. They know they've been caught red-handed and are sunk.
