I've noted on the OTC Markets site that each PR is posted twice: the first one with a clickable link to view, and the second one without the link. The second posting is the one that seems to make it to distribution on the news wires. So, since today's posting is a duplicate of the June 24th posting, I would assume this was released for distribution to the news wires...except for the fact that it has the clickable link in it (which seems to cause problems for distribution). It usually hits the news wires between 1:00pm and 3:00pm.
