The biggest problem I see right now is the ss. I imagine he has zero working capital as I Write this and needs more money to fund anything. My question is where the hell did the money from constant dilution go? It wasn't all used to settle old debt and lawsuits and Kerry and Jason weren't making big money so was it just squandered away on travel and bad deals.... We are talking over 3 million dollars.... How much could rent and electric be for the last year?
