WDDD Chart: WDDD formed a White/Green Marubozu on Friday……..LOD(low of day) was the 1st trade of the day & HOD(high of day) was the last trade of the day………..there are no wicks on Friday's candle……Marubozu means bald in Japanese……
On June 4th WDDD closed @ 0.21……….that is the key level to close above on Monday……..WDDD closed @ 0.20 on Friday & has been consolidating above the 200 DMA(day moving average) @ 0.17 for 3 & 1/2 weeks……..the 50 DMA @ 0.16 is heading higher and has been providing support as well………as long as WDDD maintains MA's(50 & 200) support the up trend that started on May 30th when WDDD closed above MA(20) / Middle Bollinger Band should continue……...
The Middle Bollinger Band / MA(20) @ 0.186 is the Up trend / Down trend line……..candles forming below the Middle BB = downtrend……….& candles forming above the Middle BB = Up trend……….WDDD broke Middle BB support on June 23rd for the 1st time since the up trend started on May 30th………..WDDD must maintain Middle BB support or else a new down trend will begin……...
The Bollinger Bands are getting tight………the lower BB is @ 0.162 & the upper BB is @ 0.210……….keep an EYE on the Bands……..one will break…….either Lower BB support or Upper BB resistance will more than likely break next week………if WDDD busts through the Upper BB it should = Showtime!………..if WDDD breaks through the Lower BB it should = reload lower time!……….
Fast Sto @ 100………Completely Maxed…….Fast Sto does not go higher than 100……..that = short term overbought………..remember the White Marubozu?………the HOD close is what spiked Fast Sto to 100………that said, Slow Sto is @ 53.64 & in the over 50 Bull Zone………RSI @ 58.83 is also in the over 50 bull zone………WDDD formed a nice green volume bar on Friday……...an increase in volume is what you want to see when a stock is trying to break resistance………to put Friday's volume into perspective it was the largest volume day in 3 weeks………..that my friends is what bulls want to see……….MACD is hooking up and headed for a bullish crossover……….DMI w/ +DI & -DI had a bullish crossover on Friday………& Accum/Dist, CMF & OBV all had nice Up Ticks on Friday……..
