From my understanding, GTGP has the rights for the Technology that makes those companies world turn. So, there should be agreement(s) surfacing to the effect of what % GTGP role will be in the licensing of the tech GTGP owns.
I do not see how it would be remotely legal for Jim to "Transfer" those rights from a public entity to a private entity with out buying them from the Public entity and also with out a share holder vote on the sale of the Company asset's. Don't let those other potentially criminal message board sites get to you! The show is far from over IMO and am adding at these prices~
