gtgp didnt buy mse...jim a private person did perhaps thru gthi...a private co. its my contention... they arent required to make filings at this point...true? if jim or gthi bought mse...they dont have to file any 8k or pr anything...correct?
now we all knew this last year...gthi isnt public,its private...or jim,i private person bought it,he wouldnt have to file...also,gthi is going to be a HOLDING co. so other things may come under its umbrella...lets see how it plays out
