IF it is NOT A CRIMINAL ACT with JAIL TIME, IT OUGHT TO BE...
AND IF IT IS a criminal act covered by enacted statute, THEN THOSE NOT ENFORCING IT OUGHT TO BE CONVICTED & JAILED!!!!
