regarding the JBII experience (and a few others I know of)
as it gets!
ANYBODY not aware of this "over-time scenario"...
COPY IT or commit it to memory...
YOU WILL SEE IT REPEATEDLY...
until corrupt officials GUARDING the MARKETS' INTEGRITY...
actually get fired & go to jail -- OR -- GET SCARED ENOUGH to DO THE JOB that they are supposed to be doing!
