so essentially CONfirmation of what was *known* on another
so essentially CONfirmation of what was *known* on another *legit* OTC co.
see if any of this sounds familiar
a *crew* knocks on newly minted ceo's door (OTC)
they are *blown away* by the co.s future promise ..
and *represent* a core group of fellow *investors*
they arrange to buy shares (restricted) that mgmt believes
will be held *long and strong*
reminder *crews* always had .. members in TX and/or Minnesota
(ring some bells?)
they also always had one *off shore* (Canada)
and i've never yet found a crew without a California resident in play
what newly minted OTC ceos' didn't know *then*
was that the 2nd phase of the set up was now under way
shares *acquired* >> orchestration UP en route (P&D b4 S&D)
this is also when sub tier trolls worked (spammed) various SMBs
touting X ticker ..
now why RBC comes to mind .. snicker
pertains to their actual actions specific to two OTC co.s
both of which have been documented in *RT* >> real time
(1 had 1BILLION + .. 1 has less than 100M) .. but both have
the same *alias* >> working the stock and the 2 boards re: FUD
as i've noted a few x over >> discovery would reveal even more
including but not limited to >> why *threshold* was triggered on JBII
for the 2nd time in June 2012 .. and why some >> er >> whales
*sold* their stock @ approx 77c >> mere days b4 the dolt's settlement
in Jan 2013 .. reminder JBII would *run* to 1.49 b4 reset cycle back underway
multiple *playas* actively working against P2O's success
zero doubts there is some *over lap* >> suspect discovery would reveal
CONnections
as some who've done the DD on *shorting* OTC stox .. fully understand
it would require some very deep pockets
as a reminder >> almost all *crew* members are interchangeable
note those who PROmote JBII >> DEmote others ..
note those who DEmote JBII >> PROmote others
via the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation
trolls on the other hand have never found one stock worth *investing*
yet manage to spend countless hours trashing XXXX and spewing FUD
go figure
heavy lifter >> is not *interchangeable*
reminder of timing specific to JBII's stock and 2010 time line
first round of *orchestration* >> crew's run to 7.70 .. check (Dec 2009/Jan 2010)
mgmt's intent to uplist .. check (Feb 2010)
change out of audit firm and restatements >> after 5 mos *stalled* .. check (May 2010)
PPS take down on less than 800,000 in *volume* .. check (May 2010)
inability to actually *cover* due to lack of access (legit sells) .. check (June 2010)
first hit piece on offer by heavy lifter ... check (July 2010)
importation of another MM to aid and abet naughty nite .. check (July 2010)
colluding entities inability to do 20 mins of DD re: non registered (access) shares/certs ..
resulting in next level undertaken .. *dolts* .. check (Sep 2010)
and so it would go
this is an incredibly powerful >> well CONnected/well PROtected *entity*
every time you see the heavy lifter appear on lie hub's JBII board
understand why
it's because crew fully recognizes that no co. would spend
the money for the hire of a CFO and audit firm's fee (385,000$)
unless intent is uplist
there is a process .. that is CONveniently ignored to suit by the crew
next round out of mgmt .. pertains to Q filed .. and Finra's housekeeping
(name/ticker/cusip)
but what comes after that >> and imo the 8k (Update)
should be an asset sale and BoD seated ..
seating of the BoD >> will be the signal for the laddered >> partial >> cover
realize that the *abusive* short in JBII >> may well be over 100M
i tend to be conservative .. and use no.s that range from 32 to 67M
reminder >> the most *volume* JBII ever had in one month
was the crews' set up in April 2011 >> that was approx 8M
think about a month's *volume* that measures 20M shares
hmmmm
