[7/24/2013 9:46:17 AM] Bruce Pollock: Hello, Bruce has asked me to post the paperwork everyone will need to free up the 144 papers for GESI, You have 2 options, you can clear the legend at transfer agent or with a broker. The transfer agent is cleartrust. The broker is whomever you have an account with. If you do not have an account this is the link to open an account with XXXX. If you have a broker you will need a stock power and a seller letter and the 144 paperwork, these are attached. Depending upon the broker they may want a legal opinion in which case you call me back, as I have all your paperwork. To clear at Cleartrust you need the same stuff but also have to send in a letter telling them where to send the new cert as well, they can mail it back to you, send to the broker, or put the shares into someone else's name - you just have to tell them. I am here for questions. I filled out the basic information on the forms. For the 144 you have to have 3 sets, all with blue ink signatures.
