Well it appears that he is not meeting your expectations. Posting here makes no difference on what the CEO does. Looks like you need to make a decision on your position. All true investors in your frame of mind would liguidate. Questioning filings, CEO and business relationships is not a sign of an investor. It is a sign of someone who decided to not invest.
