The situation with $AMBS has changed dramatically since January.
Lincoln Park Capital is investing almost $20,000,000 in the company and will be purchasing shares at the company's discretion and at no discount to the market. The company will have operating capital until 1H2016.
$AMBS is now six months closer to hitting the anticipated milestones that will be occurring in the coming weeks and months.
I expect the share price to hit .40 by the up-listing to the NASDAQ which I expect in an Oct./Nov. time frame.
The recent Chairman's blog does an excellent job of detailing what opportunities lay ahead for the company and its shareholders in both the short and long term.
