"BUYBACKS" was what I meant to type, Appreciate the correction
I do not have any inside information as to ongoing or past Buyout rumors!
I am interested in what is going to be done with the "40 million shares in Escrow being used to secure a long term line of credit" with Foxconn
The agreement as reported was that these would held until NTEK could establish credit with Foxconn, then the Shares would be RETIRED TO THE TREASURY!
So 40 Million Outstanding shares, being returned to the treasury, would put NTEK in the .10s!
My guess would be that with their new pact with GOOGLE, Foxconn is not really worried about being stiffed!
So I am expecting these shares to be Retired any day now, or used to Increase the value of the Company!
I would not count on anymore dips below the current price. I think this stock has become far too visible to larger investors! These investors are going to buy a share for .10 if they think it is going to .25 or .50 or 1.00 or whatever.
Because of the massive amount of shares they will want, I do not see the the petty percents of a penny dropping occuring! Just My opinion.
