My question regarding buyout came from this sentence in your post....

If you meant share buy backs then I have no question. I just didn't want " buyout" buzz bantered about unless someone has facts regarding such. I assume you have no direct inside knowledge. Just don't want it thrown back at us later. Things get twisted very easily...
