I do HONESTLY BELIEVE that Hubville is a venue set up solely for MANIPULATION AND FRAUD activities in OTC stocks...
any substantive discussion of stocks by shareholders is coincidental!
MOREOVER, I am certain that Hubville ADMINs are all unindicted co-conspirators in all "stock manipulation fraud" occurring inasmuch as they do the following...
provide multiple aliases,
alias changes (which are strictly controlled by ADMINs),
ban-jail-boot-resurrect as required for FUDding,
delete posts of Any&All-Longs immediately upon submission before posts ever see the light of day in the post queue if that Long is posting information that skews the FUD-effort,
limit-ban Any&All-Longs as needed to give content control & dominance to the sanctioned FUDsters working the site,
and the list could go ON & ON!
THE FOLLOWING two things I DO KNOW from personal experience...
1) IF you annoy ADMINs in Hubville by submitting TOS violations on FUDster posts that break the TOU rules, ADMIN will disable your TOS capability so they do not even have to see your submissions!
ADMIN does this because the TOU rules are merely a subterfuge anyway to give the appearance of a "level playing field" so hacks at SEC/DOJ can look-the-other-way while pretending OTC illegal activity is a figment of "tin-foil-hatters" with overactive imaginations! Those rules are meaningless... IF you are a sanctioned FUDster, they do not apply... if you are a defrauded OTC investor, those rules will be used to nullify your efforts to counteract ALL FALSE information posted for manipulation.
2) I was not even posting very much on JBII in Hubville when ADMIN-ho Shelly last shut the board down for the (LMAO) "weekend of punishment." MOREOVER, I had NO DELETED POSTS in my deleted post queue... and yet when the posting was restored again the following Tuesday because the FUDsters needed to continue dominating the JBII discussion, I found myself ONE-POST LIMITED without any justification EXCEPT my being a 5yr JBII shareholder with a track record of NOT SELLING & NOT WAVERING because of FUD.
A few weeks later, I did contact Hubville ADMIN about lifting the post limit... I was told by ADMIN-on-Duty that "Shelly is on vacation. Contact her next week about lifting the limit... she has sole authority over what is allowed at this point. NO OTHER ADMIN has the authority to lift the limit on your posts!
LOOKS LIKE a pretty good SEC/DOJ target for charges IF there should ever be a "CLEAN HOUSE" effort on OTC market fraud and FRAUD ENABLERS on SMBs!!!!
Poor old MattyB... he's a lot like Bugsy Siegel (who envisioned what Las Vegas COULD BE)... MattyB envisioned Hubville & the means by which it could be used as a model platform for stock manipulation for gain in untold numbers of small OTC companies with only a wink from SEC regulators!
But like all greedy crooks who are arrogantly above the law, his lifestyle & arrogant activities became so outrageous that his ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES became so egregious that HE HAD TO GO!
Of course, Bugsy was shot dead... Poor MattyB merely went to jail a short while & now??? who cares!
ADVFN now controls the show... might have been a silent funder-partner long before adjustments had to be made because of that little traffic stop in TX years ago!
THERE ARE DOZENS MORE who should be in court en route to JAIL... A REAL JAIL... not the Hubville farce used to give the impression that those who do not play nicely will be penalized!

PSSST... SEC... FUDville CROOKS have been sufficiently exposed that YOU GUARDIANS of market integrity are BECOMING EXPOSED as ??? FOOLS, FRAUDS, or Participants? How high does the corruption go?
