I apologize, but there are some that make me think

I apologize, but there are some that make me think all the time that everything a company does is a material event and they appear to be subject matter experts. I guess they don't understand what a material event is, so I will probably stop reading those posts. Wow, its hard to believe it but there is some bad information on boards.
