SFRX is a company with limited resources and manpower at this point in time. Kyle insists on not spending money that is not absolutely required for the business to run. Each dollar spent are shares that must me sold through private placement for those funds. Kyle does everything possible to keep the number of shares sold to a minimum in order to keep from watering down the shares as much as possible. His time is valuable and can not always be spent updating the website when there are other items demanding immediate attention that are more pressing, more important or impact the company in a substantial way.

Also, the SEC has strict rules on what can and can not be said in press releases. A material event needs to be a part of any press release. You might add in to a PR a few other developing things but you can just make a PR that says "we are working on some things" or "we might buy another boat" or "another company we work with got a minor permit."

Kyle understands that the most important thing for shareholders is for the company to find treasure. That is the number one priority. So the website must be put on the back burner while other work is being done.

Once treasure is found and things really start to roll there will be plenty of time and money to hire the necessary people to maintain the website and everything else.
