Look at the date and time! NTEK was Rising and still maintained
The fact that it as allowed to be posted with a sticky is so disgusting! I really think that David has always been as honest and forthcoming as he could be!
Having personally spoken with David, as well as heard the story, both from him and the court, AS YOU CAN IMAGINE this as a Huge IHUB topic!
His violation was minor! He is not a hardcore criminal. There was some confusion and possibly a disagreement with a company that he was employed with.
But something that is very very Good for all us shareholders is that this caused basically no share price decrease and people continued to buy!

It failed miserably, they ere hoping for MUCH MUCH MORE of a reaction and selling! Did not happen though!
