This is a post from David. While I am pissed at him for misrepresenting things in the past, I do feel he is being unjustly accused of certain things. His defense deserves to be seen. I had mistakenly thought that DangFool was just fairly presenting both sides, as he does mention things (in other previous posts, not this one) that did happen and were misrepresented by the company, but this is going too far. His credibility was just lost with me for the post that David replied to. dangfools psot was stickied, but David's was not. What does that tell you about that site?

Only the first line of this message is accurate. The rest is misinformation and should be pulled as it inaccurately represents the facts. Even the first line is suspect because I have been granted an appeal.

This is a blatant lie. My conviction only involved the mislabeling of game packs as coming from my company UltraCade, which was no longer doing business, and not from me personally. There was no conviction, nor any facts to support that any intellectual property was misappropriated. There was zero evidence provided on any IP claim.
The levels of misinformation on this post are disgusting and this post should not only be unstickied it should be removed.
I have never hidden on this board from my UltraCade legal issues, however I will not stand for lies and misinformation to be offered as fact when it is simply untrue.
