Apples to oranges. The Aremisoft case bears no comparison whatever to SKTO. Aremisoft was an SEC reporter and "In the Matter of PKF, Securities Act Release No. 8675 (April 12, 2006), the SEC alleged that accountants for Aremisoft were aware of information relating to the company’s 2000 audit indicating that illegal acts had occurred, but failed to notify senior management or the company’s board and audit committee."
No excuse of dumbfounded ignorance applies to SKTO. Burke and Mayor ran the show and admitted they prepare the financials.
On the other hand, there are intrepid speculators who will buy up well-researched Greys in hopes of a rare twist of fate, but only when they hit .0001 or, preferably, less.
