You're comparing O/S, and for certain valuations, O/S is the most important figure. But for Baltia's share price at the moment, the float is far more relevant than the entire share count. Down the road when the float grows, baltia may consider options for improving their SS but through this year and probably most of next year, the current SS is fine IMO. Nobody likes seeing multi-billion shares, but it's what we have to deal with. Does it suck? Yes. Does it mean we can't get to .20+/share within the next 12 months? I don't think so.
You'd be shocked at how many stocks on the OTC ran to .10+ with 5-6B+ O/S...and those were scam stocks for the most part. Baltia actually has a legit business operation and plan.
