To be fair, only subtract 300 million from the 1,050,000 float (float is about 750 million). About 50 million shares are between my fiance' and my son, both of whom will have to sell some of their shares before the end of the year (they kind of have to repay their loans).
Let me add this: at the last meeting we discussed share structure, and all of the big investors except two had their shares still in certificate form (not free trading). Of the two, I am one of them, and the other is the guy who has (selfishly) been dumping his shares and keeping the volume high (we used to trade only about 300,000 shares per day) and the price low.
Fortunately, I believe this "guppy pretending to be a whale" will be depleted soon and out of the picture.............hopefully well before Baltia enters Phase III.
