"WHEREAS, JBI, Inc. has breached the agreement by refusing to accept any shipments of agricultural plastics and the County desires to be free of any further obligations with respect to JBI, Inc."
Just another entity colluding against JBI to destroy the company and its technology. Odd that Mr. Bordynuik is always the common denominator in all of these agreements which go south.
The Faithful and Patient, however, need to keep a stiff upper lip and keep fighting the good fight. For every agreement JBI breaches, there must be a reason why the other party is at fault. Any other explanation requires objective thought and therefore isn't permissible.
