I realize this, but he doesn't. The countersuit will compensate me for legal expenses plus time wasted, several times over. Might as well make some money while watching the AMBS story unfold.
The guy sees what he wants to see. Ridiculous claims, such as he's never claimed a disability, yet court records clearly show in his appeal he attempted to claim a disability and was shot down. Yet for all the supposed intelligence, he can't comprehend this.
