Copperhead you're ignorant & clueless just like 99

Don't start twisting my words or ridiculing because you don't understand something. I said he told a lie at that specific moment. I didn't say he was liar. Matter of fact I said it was a good interview and that I give him a high overall score. He was honest and straightforward throughout the interview, but I specifically described a few seconds of that interview where he was not. Obviously its something you didn't see. If you don't have the skills or the knowledge I can understand that but don't undermine others because they possess a talent you do not have. Everybody lies, I detect it with Presidents, lawyers, the Pope, sportsmen, actors, peasants and street bums... Everybody tells a lie at some point, but its not because you drink one beer that you're therefore an alcoholic. I don't deem Martie as a liar because he was dishonest at that specific moment.
If there weren't any issues with accountants & no default on the TCA loan I would be an investor because I like the company, their plan & Martin' resumé, and that little lie I detected wouldn't have been a reason for me to sell. But for arguments sake at 5:31 he said "buy". Go to that specific moment & put it on Pause http://digital.mergermarketgroup.com/video/ce...stems-inc/ Now, click on Play and as quick as you can on Pause and you'll see his facial expressions change. The whole sequence only lasts 2 seconds, but if you click Play/Pause multiple times and study his face you should notice the changes you didn't see the first few times you looked.
Even if you can't detect it, just tell me how is he going to buy a mid-sized company?!
Smaller ones, yes, that I believe, or even partnering with mid-sized ones, like Cerebra, but to 'buy' them... no, there he overplayed his hand, whether you like it or not!
