As I get time I am going through the historical posts made by John Wesson on the other board. I will post those I find interesting or relevant. Here is one.

regarding the composition of the board.

John Bordynuik : Shareholders who purchased on the open market, independent (no employees, no longtime friends of mine), and have backgrounds that can assist. The Board will have to put in much time to understand our business and our key value drivers, This won't be easy - I do business differently and that usually causes pause. .... I expect our Board to be active. They will be compensated in stock... and will be engaging our shareholders with challenges, seeking feedback and solutions. As our shareholder base expands it will become our largest asset: massive collective intelligence all working for one common goal.

When the Board is in place I expect a lot more shareholder communications and I will send out letters to poll backgrounds and seek those who will assist (knowledge and experience is key). .... Collectively their assistance will become more valuable that any team that I could hire here.
