Right. There must have been a need for IEquity to create, at least on paper, 12 registered entities (termed 'collectives') in CA on 06/28/2013; otherwise why bother for the paperwork and expense?
IEquity registered the 12 entity collectives on 06/28/2013, two days before end of Q2 2013. Q2 fins mentioned that Medical Greens had contacted with 15 collectives. The unique address of Medical Greens Inc, IEquity Corp, Flow Rising, IEquity Capital, IEquity Foundation, and those 12 entities (collectives) is: 3579 E FOOTHILL BLVD #172 | PASADENA | CA | 91107.
Savage's DD brought this matter to the attention of the board. At that time, the web was searched for links or references to the named collectives, and none could be found.
For whatever reason these 12 entities were created by IEquity Corp, the public record at CA SOS couldn't help but red flag it to regulators for further investigation, because SK's skyrocketing price rise in March 2013, if not the firm's reason to be, was fueled by announcement of $30mil in contracts that Medical Greens, Inc. had inked with CA collectives.
