Unfortunately I am not sure how they structured the collectives or even why there was a need for them. I agree that is something that should have been made clear IF it was important for shareholders. But to be honest I think it's just a technicality. Something bashers feel the need to harp on when in reality it may not have been relevant to them collecting at all.
