these are DEEP SPECULATIONS for sure, here goes:
1. I believe we are way too small to attempt a direct uplist to the pros...see link https://listingcenter.nasdaqomx.com/assets/initialguide.pdf It will cost 80K (NASDAQ) plus on going 75K/year ( not to mention the stretch to meet the other requriements)
2. Google "unofficial OK" would have resulted in a NP-1 release already.
3. I believe they are following the best course for mgmt, employees & LONGS.
They need the PPS to bottom as low as possible to decrease the float (biggest bang for the buck) with the repurchase plan....
I currently believe the future holds uplist to OTCQB second half of this year, probably in the last 3mos of the year with an attempt to rise up to the bigs late 2015....That said, intervention by a big player i.e. venture capitalist, big corporation would change the time line very quickly to hitting the bigs....see next....
