So lets say NTEK shares DECREASE and MARKET CAP INCREASES
This is when I could see the company doing a reverse split as well (R/S).
If I am not mistaken they have some shares (a substantial amount being held until they can pay them off)
I could see a R/S to bring the shares anywhere from $0.50 to $3.00.
I think that they did not want to do this so soon, but the manipulation is forcing there hand!
Now once NTEK is in the dollar range and with AUDITED FINANCIALS (the current main complaint among bashers)
Then the investment pool grows exponentially!
REMEMBER THIS IS BASICALLY THE SAME AS THE INSIDERS BUYING STOCK, This would increase all owners of the stocks value enormously!
I think it is very realistic. Just think about how small an amount of money they need to buyback 100 million shares now (just an example, could be more or less)
IT makes too much sense!

SO FOR 6 million they could buy back 25% of their company, for 12 million, they could buy back half!!
IF they know that their company is WORTH SO MUCH MORE THEN THAT, it is an easy decision, even if they just take out a loan until the payments from the new deal are received!!!
