I have a few questions for the board.
We were told by the "longs" thousands of times (literally) that the S.E.C. fine was a "parking ticket"
1. Do they still believe that this amount is a "parking ticket"? Yes or No?
If were are to believe the most recent filings, the processors have been idle since December (good questions about why nobody who is in contact with the company ever mentioned this .. is JB being dishonest with those who defend him? hmmm). The amount to repair them is roughly equivalent to the S.E.C. fines.
2. Is the amount needed to make these repairs a "parking ticket"? Yes or No?
If no, why? Is this an example of California public school math? An amount that is a parking ticket is not a parking ticket? Aristotle's brain would explode on this one.
If we are to believe the filings (a big IF for me), the company does not have the means to pay for this.
3. What is the significance of the fact that neither JB nor Heddle is willing to pay this parking ticket to get the processors running?
a. no significance whatsoever?
b. neither JB nor Heddle believe in the whole mythology they have written about the quality and value of these processors?
A or B?
If A, why? .... Both Bordynuik and Heddle easily (EASILY) have the means to pay this parking ticket. So why don't they just pay it?
