Here To Serve Holding Corp., (OTC Markets: HTSC), a diversified holding company, is pleased to announce it is currently undertaking certain corporate initiatives to file past due filings required by the SEC. As released earlier, on May 15th, 2014, HTS-Missouri Waste Division, LLC (?HTS-MWD?), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Here To Serve Holding Corp., acquired 100% of the assets of Meridian Waste Services, LLC.
HTSC has completed or is currently working on the following:
