Re: BB Player #35097
Watch FRTD this week as they come off suspension. Management dropped the ball, we were downgraded from pink current, why? Why did management not submit whatever was needed to be uplisted again. Probably because they have done things in their time vs others expected time tables. Management has some shady characters it is affiliated with. Don't forget about Hipple and associates. We were suppose to merge into Medical Greens a year+ ago with new symbol and cuspid. They Pr'd a date of record to receive divy shares June 5th. 2013. No divy shares, no merger, no LK and on and on. Benz should have known the entire sector was under the microscope. Would have thought they would of went out of their way to make sure they didn't bring any unwanted attention to themselves and to distant themselves from any regulatory agencies investigations. I've been a shareholder since 3-25-2013 and I still have so many questions about Management/Ownership, Share Structures, Business Plan, Proposed mergers, Notes. So I can see it to be easy for an agency like the SEC to be confused. How many longs stated that after any CC or PR that it left them with more questions than answers? Quite a few. My next question is that has it not been the reason these mergers have not been completed in a more speedy time is because lack of audited financials? Those then must be filed along with an application to the SEC and Finra for approval for any merger, name change and new cuspid number/symbol. What makes anyone think that a merger will be able to still go through with the current management at the helm? Why would SEC or Finra allow them to just start over clean and fresh? Wouldn't all those other companies attempt the same? I think we will see the Greys as the demise of our investments. Thank the DreamTeam!
