It probably just a coincidence, but the action undertaken on June 6, 2014 by the SEC in temporarily suspending tickers AEGY/SKTO occurred on the eightieth anniversary of the signing into law by Pres. Franklin D. Roosevelt the landmark "Securities Exchange Act of 1934" which, among other things, established the SEC.
