Gerald passed a comment to a shareholder this past week after the LD Micro Conf. in LA on Wed., wherein he stated if certain milestones are met, there may not be a need for a RS to uplist.
If true, that statement in and of itself is simply unprecedented.
That would mean the min. $2.00 pps for the NASDAQ would give AMBS a $1.42-Bil. market cap. We're currently at an aprox. $65-Mil. market cap.
What milestone(s) would catapult us 22 x our current market cap - is the only question remaining..........while I deem Gerald to be a heck of a talker and a strong sales person, I fould this to be very bold - almost to the point of being brash.
All that said, if J&J were to make an offer on the Phenoguard IP, while Novartis or Roche consumates a JV on MANF DB - or Quest formalizes a JV on LymPro, we just might acheve the end result that Gerald is speaking of...........who knows for sure though?
Outside of these thoughts, there is also a remote possibility that AMBS could concieveably perform an acquisition or RM with a firm already trading on the NAS.
Either scenario is extremely positive, with the 1st being a total 'grand slam' right out of the old ball park. It would instantly turn a number of shareholders into millionaires overnight....
