I learned with AVNE after thinking that SEC shoots first and asks questions later, they really just shoot and don't give a rats ass. They ask nothing. Pinks are cockroaches to them. They have no obligation to respond to JB and they will allow SK to continue trading after a brief suspension. It's a passive aggressive approach to putting you out of business by allowing you to still trade. Notice the language SK used, they said the SEC "shut down" several companies. Today we were shut down. Notice that no dream team members put their reputation on the line with a quote for that press release.
It's possible that the first shares dumped on grey day one are the insider shares, or shares that would've just added to dilution. Bail out day one. You can buy ALL the shares you want the following week. Much, much cheaper.
To get back to pink from grey, a MM needs to file a form that effectively assigns that MM a significant amount of liability and risk. Not happening. The SEC will advise them to find a MM... if they can get any info at all.
If trading was suspended at 930am today, why weren't they able to get answers today? Because eff you. That's why. Roaches (in the SEC's eyes).
