What if the shares are given to people in MMJ who do not want their names out there?I think those shares are going towards building the business, I am just speculating as you are.I succumb to others knowledge on the convertible issue,but I do think it is pretty obvious it is for expansion.You are right in that explaining this could not hurt, even with names left out, maybe explain where money is going.
