Most consulting firms are not on the internet at all.The best growers and consultants are still in the shadows.This is them coming out of the shadows.A "consultant" is often a grower or group of growers going legit.
Favor -Would someone please break down the convertable situation to me in plain English,what happened exactly on the latest filing?A brief highlight reel of the annual ?
Sorry but been super busy and not following lately.What is the Authorized share count now?They need some sort of capital to pay the people to aquire run and deliver PJs and other things obviously....was it excessive?Not my area of expertise so please explain why the board has turned as angry as it is.
Henry Jan is under a microscope right now,if he is pulling a scam he will be caught and burned at the stake(literally) by thousands,don't you guys think he knows that?He is no dummy,I think this is more of a bare bones operation than the scope of this venture requires.Sometimes lack of recources comes across as shady or incompetant when that is not the case.This can take some time to fix ,but the people they have working behind the scenes seem competent and this is by far without a doubt the most hairball, cutting edge industry out there,something new pops up everyday to hurdle.In this politically and legally challenging envoironment sometimes silence is the best way to not rock the boat,but silence breeds speculation and mistrust.I think the accusations of criminality are unfair and dangerous.That being said, I think it is fair that there is much that needs explaining.Hopefully the CC sheds some light on the AR situation.I believe alot of the share price tumble is from KA not being wanted or onboard anymore.I think BK was right on with his assesment of that situation( at least that one right BK,lol.)Believe it or not probably good for the company to cut ties.The whole med Greens website is a freaking eyesore and should be completely changed ASAP.
The PRs have been less pie in the sky the last 6 months or so if you have noticed.
We could definately use a vocal, communicative CEO.Please for the love of Jah make that happen...

Jeff Benz, to accuse him of illegalities makes no sense to me.He is tempering enthusiasm properly,watching the legalities, and has gone beyond the call as far as I see.
Losing money hurts,so I do appreciate people's anger and frustrations.Agent warned me that people pump then bash when they sell,just part of the game.Probably why penny stocks are usually not my thing,lol.
I actually think many of you love this story and it's potential and feel betrayed somehow so you want revenge or closure for management's lack of shareprice pumping and percieved follow through. Or you are bashing for a lower price.Or you hope by saying these things they will act as a warning to management of your vigilance.
These are all well and good, but if you are on here posting non-stop and spam like we that disagree have a right to call you out as we see fit.Free speech has consequences that are also considered free speech.I think Bells was crossing the line with some libelous accusations that were not helpful and he met resistance which he cannot apparently handle or may not feel compelled to engage.
This much is true,and we can all agree,whatever communication strategy they have thus employed, it is not working very well and needs a major overhaul.
