Hey blueser, way to go, man. I was once a dedicated jogger. 3-5 miles several days a week. Ran in probably 8 or 9 10k runs (6.2 miles). But 3 back surgeries ended that. I do walk some days but not very far or fast. Swimming is fine. I can take 2 Aleve and play golf with no pain-of course I ride in a cart. Hang in there-there's nothing like reaching that "runner's high" after 2 or 3 miles. Well, maybe HIMR hitting .05 will be close !!!!
