OT Saturday Morning - Ok What a Beautiful Morning

OT Saturday Morning - Ok What a Beautiful Morning 55 degrees, Blue skies - no clouds, Sun shining brightly, birds chirping their hearts out,nice 15-20 mph breeze, No Humidity , So good ole me decided on a early morning 8 mile Bike ride.61 degrees when finished. I did it but oh my poor Quads. No this is not the first time out on the bike. I have been biking and jogging for a month and sometimes both on the same day. This was the longest this year and I wanted to make sure I was able to get back so no timing, just wanted tofinish. If ever I was going to try, this today is the day. Now a great energy filled breakfast. Maybe a nap a little later.
