ABSOLUTELY NOT. LOOK AT THE VOLUME
IF you go try and buy a Large amount of shares you are going to push the price up! So doing it now, you really could not pick up that many shares in the .05's.
or the .06s or the 7s.
I would be shocked if you could pick up 10 million shares without it hitting .10
