Oh man. I see several angles on this. Benz is a solid lawyer with solid credentials. Getting paid good money to be general counsel for SKTO. That is his wheelhouse. But I think, in agreement with another poster's assessment, the executive VP role is a bit of a stretch. Two different hats. I am sure he could be capable in that capacity but at this phase, he is a lawyer and should be left to fulfill that role. Executives and attorneys think, and should think, differently. His email responses are from a litigious perspective, not that of a savvy exec. And why is he responding to folks in the first place? Well, okay. He likes the battle and some of the limelight of an international man of mystery. That's fine and fun. And obviously, Benz himself is not fully on board carrying the title of executive VP as can be seen on OTC and his linkedin. Why? Cause he is a lawyer first and foremost. Man, wouldn't it be cool if we had an executive VP who was all about carrying that title. I met several exuberant folks working behind the scenes that would relish that role. Let's be honest, this is a fledgling company. Give us a fledgling executive VP that wants to make their mark. Leadership. Clearly from the last CC, Art was the most articulate and engaged exec. The investment community needs more of that defined leadership.
