But here's a footnote on an email correspondence I had with Benz:
On May 17th I wrote:
"Dear Officer of the Court Benz,
Here is an email I sent to a fellow investor:
""It is abhorrent that Benz corresponds with I-Glow. Period. He,Jeff Benz, went on record as saying I-Glow was a future defendent. He can't possibly make contact with a potential defendant, let alone someone trying to destroy Sk3 corp. There is definitely something wrong with Benz.""
You definitely are a two timer.
There appears to be major securities fraud here my man. No contracts AT all and no revenue after claiming to have huge accounts recievable and huge net profits.
Pissed as all hell.

To go here, the individual would have to be declared a hostile witness, so as to be able to be lead, suggested to or be arguementative with.
But anyway, Benz doesn't think there is any fraud, especially with the FINS. He's really puzzled why I said fraud.
Maybe, just maybe these accounting nuances are done with purpose in mind.
We May all really be fretting for absolutely nothing.
JUST MY TAKE.
