I'm not sure how a R/S would benefit longs, as you

With people that have 20 million or more shares, it's not a horrible thing, as they can sell a quarter of their position at any time and still have 15 million shares. The majority of the stock holders, I can bet, have less than 3 million shares.
There are other companies that have more than 3 billion shares and are trading for pennies and more. There should be no issue, currently, with the share structure. Maybe months and months from now I could see it, but still cant see the benefit.
If a buyback was to occur, the biggest question would be, where are the funds for the buyback coming from? If anymore dilution occurs, since we should need to dilute, we'd be screwed as far as the PPS.
