One would have to ask why people by penny stocks at all, with a lot of them being extremely risky. The main driving point is bigger the risk, bigger the reward. With BMSN however, with owning 58% of REGEN, which will be successful, BMSN won't be as much of a risk. This alone will drive the price per share for BMSN, and give it value.
It's true, that in my opinion, ENTB is worthless. However, I also don't know KOOS's grand plan and if it involves ENTB at all, which would eventually give it value.
If I didn't own any BMSN or REGEN and just bought REGEN one day, I'd also want to own BMSN shares. I actually wanted to by Benitec shares when they were at .88 cents a share, just because of the relationship between REGEN and Benitec.
Behind the scenes, I'm sure there are many other things that BMSN provides, such as protections, the ability to grow (more subsidiaries).
