"Note the ignorance about what kinds of plastic are and can be recycled and actually have a market. Note the dubious term "scrap plastic," and note the additional lie that such scrap plastic can be recycled."

Per the draft permit, "Polypropylene (PP), Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), and High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). No Halogenated plastics such as Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) will be accepted by JBI."

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/138110...9i_jbi.htm

So that part isn't a lie like you assumed.

Regarding the term you think is dubious, "scrap plastic"...if the plastic is sorted it can typically be recycled. The term "scrap plastic" is common. The much more dubious term is "waste plastic" of the types allowed, PP, LDPE and HDPE. Where would one find "waste" plastic sorted into those types?? And since JBI is paying for their plastic feedstock, why are they forced to pay for something which is "waste"??

If JBI is going to make hydrocarbon-only fuel like diesel, naphtha, etc..., those types of plastic listed in the draft permit are the only ones they will be able to use...otherwise JBI might as well pyrolyze municipal solid waste and take all waste.

"...and note the additional lie that such scrap plastic can be recycled."

I think I heard you right...you're saying that HDPE, PP and LDPE scrap plastic can't be recycled, right? I think you can easily find places online looking for those types of plastic scrap.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
