Note the ignorance about what kinds of plastic are and can be recycled and actually have a market. Note the dubious term "scrap plastic," and note the additional lie that such scrap plastic can be recycled.
On the other hand we have the likes of CRAYOLA, Chrysler, and many others who have sent UNrecyclable plastic feedstock for testing and processing.
We also have production metrics from SAIC, emissions metrics from CRA (more than once), and permitting from NYSDEC.
Who to believe... who to believe?
