An apology is unacceptable. All Td Ameritrade customers have lost out on buying opportunities at these reduced prices. What good would an apology be if for some reason the pps sky rockets tomorrow? We have lost out on this and all other brokerage firm customers will have a financial advantage. This act is criminal. This can only be remedied with financial compensation.
