Can they issue some sort of public apology with it

Can they issue some sort of public apology with it. I mean at any point in the OTC where something this astronmically stupid happens, it just gives bashers and such so much ammo. A public notice from these clowns considering they have hurt the way this has traded over the past couple days would at least help some.
